Yesterday was our friends first trip to see the Easter Bunny with their newborn baby. Of course as any proud parents, you need photos and more photos and then a few more. There wasn’t any tears or screaming at all…mom held it together pretty well.
After pictures at the FSK Mall, we headed over to Applebee’s for some grub. While we were there, in walk a few familiar faces. Not only did she get to see the Easter Bunny, she also got to see Santa. Not just one Santa but two Santas. They must of had a Tweetup, Sledup or Meetup or something. We thought we were being invaded by the Salvation Army bell ringers union. OK photo op with the working camera the Fuji s5200. (They had business cards and everything.) I knew they were the real Santa Doubles.
So when we left the restaurant…there it was — his sleigh!! …and that my friends is your Friday Foto in Frederick.
You can visit this Santa on his website MustangSanta.com. This is some serious biz. They even have their own fraternity.
Have a great weekend. (remember, he know if you’ve been bad or good.)
My new website is up and running
The new website for Frederick MD Real Estate is up and running. It has been in the making for sometime, NOT to the fault at all by the designer and creator, Cheryl Allin of Virtuallin.com. Once contacted, Cheryl was on top of things right away. It took me sometime to learn the back end of the new content management system call Joomla. Cheryl was patient and very informative with my bumbling around. We launched it yesterday. As with some launches, there will be hiccups. The situation we ran into…I have email on my domain with GoDaddy.com and when we made the move, my email shut down. PANIC!!! Not Cheryl, she took control of the situation and went to work on the problem. Within a hour, she had me back up and running with my email. KUDOS for being calm cool and collected while I panicked (she said I just couldn’t see her frantically working.) Thank you Cheryl for a smooth transition. I am glad that our paths crossed. Technology of today is amazing. You can read more of how we came about to get this started here.
I would highly recommend Cheryl for all of your website needs. But this is only part of what Cheryl does. She is a “Virtual Assistant” that happens to major in websites. With real estate as her specialty, she can take care of all the needs of a busy real estate agent. Below is a list of her services;
She is very reasonable and very flexible. So if you know a busy real estate agent that needs to free up some of their time to take care of their clients needs instead of the “maintaining” business…Contact Cheryl and you are virtually there!!!
Again stop by the new digs Gotbob4homes.com.
Have a great day.
Friday Foto for Fiduciary
This photo only represents on thing for me right now…Fiduciary. I am now able to cross the Mason-Dixon Line to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. I am a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
There have been times that I had worked with buyers and sellers that needed an agent that could handle both the purchase of a new home and the sale of an existing home, but had to refer them to a Pennsylvania Licensed agent, because one of the homes were located in another state. This can be frustrating at times if you have a home to sell contingency on your replacement home. Coordinating the transaction can be a nightmare with multiple agents… Being licensed in both states will help alleviate that problem. With Frederick only about a half hour ride from the Pennsylvania state line, I thought this would be a wise choice to assist my clients.
Have a great weekend
Friday’s Foto around Frederick
I went out the other night to kill some time before picking the wife up at work. I took a ride through Jefferson, MD. It’s not too far outside of Frederick. (Just down route 15 south) It’s a little quiet town with one stop light. Almost reminded me of home, because on one block there were three churches. I grew up in a town east of Pittsburgh called New Kensington. It was in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most Churches and Bars on the same street. I didn’t notice any bars, but I did notice Hemp’s Meats. I love Hemp’s Meats especially during the Frederick Fair. They have great roast beef sandwiches (and ham, and pitbeef and…)
Well onto today’s photo. Jefferson is surrounded by farm land. As I was coming up Route 180, this tree caught my eye and then this song popped in my head…
Have a great weekend.
