Friday Foto for Fiduciary

This photo only represents on thing for me right now…Fiduciary.  I am now able to cross the Mason-Dixon Line to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  I am a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania

There have been times that I had worked with buyers and sellers that needed an agent that could handle both the purchase of a new home and the sale of an existing home, but had to refer them to a Pennsylvania Licensed agent, because one of the homes were located in another state.  This can be frustrating at times if you have a home to sell contingency on your replacement home.  Coordinating the transaction can be a nightmare with multiple agents… Being licensed in both states will help alleviate that problem.  With Frederick only about a half hour ride from the Pennsylvania state line, I thought this would be a wise choice to assist my clients.

Have a great weekend

Friday’s Foto around Frederick

I went out the other night to kill some time before picking the wife up at work. I took a ride through Jefferson, MD. It’s not too far outside of Frederick. (Just down route 15 south) It’s a little quiet town with one stop light. Almost reminded me of home, because on one block there were three churches. I grew up in a town east of Pittsburgh called New Kensington. It was in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most Churches and Bars on the same street. I didn’t notice any bars, but I did notice Hemp’s Meats. I love Hemp’s Meats especially during the Frederick Fair. They have great roast beef sandwiches (and ham, and pitbeef and…)

Well onto today’s photo. Jefferson is surrounded by farm land. As I was coming up Route 180, this tree caught my eye and then this song popped in my head…

I am not much a star gazer, but I do enjoy looking at the beauty up there. Wednesday night was the Full Lunar Eclipse. This only happens every so often. The next one will be visible from the United States in 2010 (seems like a long way off, it’s not.) I figure I would seize the moment, freeze my butt off and take some pictures. I set up the tripod and pointed it toward the clears freezing skies. About every fifteen minutes I would go out and take a series of shots. The whole process took about three hours. The first shot was about 9 PM and the last one was about midnight. Sorry about the one that in portrait view, I wanted try something different.

Friday Foto in Frederick

We had some serious ice this week that caused school cancellations. The ice coated the branches. Mother nature always has a way to amaze us. The first foto is right after the freezing rain started. The bottom pictures were from Thursday after the rain. All the ice melted except for the tops of the mountains. When I came home on Thursday the sun was shining through the trees and it look like crystals.
