Carnival Season begins in Frederick County 2010

I enjoy the carnivals. They are always supporting the local fire departments or local community organizations. So get out and support your local fire department and your community!!! These guys need the funds to make sure you are helped in time of need.

Aren’t they??? I love the food. It doesn’t help when you are trying to lose a few lbs.
I know the Urbana Fireman’s carnival is in mid July, but does anyone know what day they’ll be having their annual fried chicken dinner specials? I’ve heard so much about their fried chicken, I’m drooling already…
Wish I did…now you have my mouth watering. Their website hasn’t been updated with any info.

Updated the 2010 Schedule and included Thurmont. I can’t believe I forgot it in the past. Thurmont is a great one.

The Walkersville Carnival has a very good chicken dinner (everyday, I believe)
WRONG Schedule I should have known from the dates listed “Burkittsville – July 13-18″ I just traveled to Burkittsville because my husband loves the food and to my surprise NO CARNIVAL, it starts next week. Please don’t post incorrect information.
