Hi Bob! I want to say "ditto" to your post. It is th esame thing I am telling my clients. Everyone wants to wait for something to happen but what exactly they don't know. I fully understand the fear of missing out. Unfortunately, my husband and I fell into that scenario (before I got into real estate and knew better) and missed some really great opportunities. Hindsight is always 20/20, but do we want to continue looking back at what could have been? This market is a perfect storm, especially for buyers. We must all learn that we the consumer control the market, but we are allowing the market to control us.

Keep up the great work. I love to read your blog!
