I want to take a moment to thank Ed Rybczynski for taking the time out of his busy day to make a presentation to the agents in our Long & Foster office.
This man is simple amazing in person as on the screen. Just as you read the compelling and intriguing material in his Title-opoly Blog and also his blog on Active Rain, in person he is even more so captivating. The information that he has securely tucked away in his brain comes out through his heart. He is that passionate about his message.
Mortgage and title fraud should not be taken lightly. As REALTORSĀ®, we have a Fiduciary responsibility to our customers and clients that we will represent their best interest PERIOD. If there are issues that we are not comfortable, it should be know and disclosed to all parties involved. (i.e. passing of checks or money outside of closing) I don’t need to expound on his message…you can read it and feel it for yourself in his blogs.
This was the first time he presented to strictly Real Estate agents, but you would have never known. The information that the agents took away from his presentation will stick with them throughout their career. Part of his presentation was outlined on his post about the issues we are about to see with foreclosures across the states. VERY EYE OPENING!!!
Again, Thank you Ed. I had wished there were more people here today. However mother nature had the last word.

Wow, you got to meet Ed! I bet that was a wonderful presentation, Ed writes beautifully and I’m sure in person his message is only that much better.
We have been following Ed since we joined AR and he is great. We can all learn from his misfortune.
Bob,
I interviewed Ed on my blog and i know how he is. He also was kind enough to share one of his experinces in prison. He is a stand up guy.
Sarah, Of course it was great…the Ed is real.
Neal, Very kind. He shared info freely and eloquently.
Hey Bob… First time I have ever seen a blog where you needed to do math to leave a comment. Nice to have an informative presentation at the weekly meeting.
Ed is a favorite blogger. I’d give your right arm to have seen him speak!
Jay, He uses his experiences to help your careers..
Dan, Easier that reading some of the capcha codes on some of these blogs. He was a pleasant addition.
Chris, you’re so generous. I guess I’ll grow another.
Very cool, Bob. That had to have been very impressive to have him live. Hope the agents in your office know how lucky they are!
Lisa, If they didn’t today, they will after they read his material. Thanks for stopping by.
Man, I am so jealous! How cool Bob!
I agree with Chris, I’d love to hear Ed speak : right arm excluded.
I’ve had the privilege of hearing Ed speak to around 80 title agents, most of whom had CBA’s and were squirming in their seats…twas a sight to behold!!!
