This one comes from a trip my family made back to Pittsburgh this week due to an unexpected death in the family. (I guess they all are unexpected in a way) We will miss you Danny. It was far too early for your time.
Even in the most of unfortunate times, whenever our family gets together, something funny is going to happen. (thanks to my mother-in-law) Yes, kids you have her genes.
Moments before this picture the dialog went something like this…
My daughter: Grandma, I think there is something back there!!!
Grandma: No there’s not!
BUMP!!!
So as you see, there was something back there…a row of Mailboxes. There are laws against damaging mailboxes.
Mailboxes are considered federal property, and federal law (Title 18, United States Code, Section 1705), makes it a crime to vandalize them (or to injure, deface or destroy any mail deposited in them). Violators can be fined up to $250,000, or imprisoned for up to three years, for each act of vandalism.
Coincidentally, there were more mailboxes falling over in the neighborhood…she says it was due to the high winds yesterday. Ahh…OK.
Stay tuned for next week’s “When Grandma’s gone bad!” on FOX
Have a great weekend!

Hey Bob- I did not know that about mailboxes! Your mother-in-law is dangerous, huh??
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
Ines, She is as dangerous as they come!!!
(but we still love her)
That is very funny Bob! If she keeps it up someone is going to have to take her chipped ham and Iron City away from her.
Let’s make *G* the designated driver and hit the town. *teehee*
I’m diggin’ the blue background and was thinking a sand color for mine…isn’t that what you were thinking?
I pay for my mailbox but the government owns it? Well, I nevah!
I’m too chicken to ride shotgun, Chris, so I’ll be in the back if you don’t mind.
If its all the same to you…i”ll just walk.
LOL…you guys are too much!!! Thanks for putting up with G-ma!
Bob, I love it! In G-Ma’s defense that looks like a really bad spot to put a row of mailboxs doesn’t it? Looks like they were right where some one is supposed to park!
