Frederick County Market reports are out

Frederick County Housing ReportHere’s the latest housing report for Frederick MD.  It shows another decrease in home sales Frederick County Housing Reportfor the month of June.  Down by 31.7% over last year.  Average days on market sit at 101 days.  The average sales price dropped 9.1%.  Majority of the sales remain to be under $400,000.  Sellers need to know these numbers to help you understand today’s market.  Some appraisers are saying we are experiencing a half of a percent to a full percent decrease in home values a month.
