Here’s the latest housing report for Frederick MD. It shows another decrease in home sales
for the month of June. Down by 31.7% over last year. Average days on market sit at 101 days. The average sales price dropped 9.1%. Majority of the sales remain to be under $400,000. Sellers need to know these numbers to help you understand today’s market. Some appraisers are saying we are experiencing a half of a percent to a full percent decrease in home values a month.

With the market like this, buyers get shopping!!! Sellers you need to be serious about selling your house….Price is king and the lower priced homes are selling, along with the well staged homes
