Sorry I have not been back on here in a while. The market has officially picked up. I have been a little busy showing houses. Showings on my listings have increased. Plenty of business cards laying on the kitchen counters of the homes that I have been showing. As I get to see more and more buyers, it seems the biggest fear is “I don’t want to buy a house and lose money” Back to my previous statements…Housing is not a short term investments, its not like the stock market where you can buy low and sell high on any given notice. Buyers need to buy the home that suits their needs and provides them with everything they want. This investment is going to need a couple years to acquire some equity, but it will acquire some equity. This market is all over the place today.
